Brown, Esq 7 J.P.] William Bramley, for furious riding, was fined 10s, and cobts. E. Ellis was charged, with being drunk and at Oxford, and fined £1, end costs. As tfiere was no appearance of the defendant, he forfeited hie bail for his appearance, of £5 G. Lerette was charged with making an • illicit still, the one which had been seized by the police some time ago, from a man named ' m Barnard. It appeared that the prisoner made [ the still, and sold it to Barnard and another. The base was fully proved, and the Bench sentenced him to cix months' imprisonment.
