New Advertisements. PUBLIC MEETING. FINANCIAL REFORM ASSOCIATION. A PUBLIC MEETING will be held in the NEW TOWN HALL, At seven o'clock precisely, ON TUESDAY EVENING, DECEMBER 10, To receive the report of the Provisional Committee, and to consider the rules framed by its members for the management of the Association. The appointment of permanent officers and a working committee for cooperating with similar associations or leagues in other parts of the colony, and the general business of the Association, or for any other business which may be brought before the meeting.
