THEREBY GIVK NOTICE pursuant to Clause VI. of " The Canterbury Waste Act, 1866." that an application was lodged in the Land Office, Christchurch, on the Bth inetant, by George Gray Rueeell, as holder of Pasturage License No. 539, Class 3, to have a separate license issued by the Waste Lands Board to Edward El worthy of that portion of land described in the aforesaid licence, situated to the eastward of the Whit* Bock River, and containing 7500 acres or thereabouts ; and a separate license issued to the said George Gray Russell of the remaining portion of the said run, situated to the northward and westward of the White Rock Siver.
