At the Carlton saleyards, yesterday, fortysix head of cattle were brought forward. The attendance as übuml w;isgood,as also the prices. Messrs Matson and Co sold twenty-sir head at following rates: —Milch cow, £i 0 ; store cows, £5 15s to £8 each ; two-year-old steers, £8 each ; twelve to eighteen months old steers, from £4 2s 6d to £5 12s 6d each; twelve to eighteen months old heifers, from £4 7s 6d to £6 2s 6d each. Wilson and Alport report a large attendance of buyers and sellers at the Carlton yards yesterday. About sixty head of cattle sold at full rates. Cows, from £10 10s to £16 each ; three-year-old steers, from £10 to £14 each ; choice heifers, from £10; 5s to £11 10s each; yearGhg "steers, from £3 l7s 6d to £5 12s 6d each.
