The Panama, New Zealand, and Australian j Boyal Mail Company's steamship Otngo, Captain Symons, arrived in harbour at noon yesterday from Melbourne via West Coast, Nelson, and Wellington. She left Melbourne on the sth at three p.m., having or. board 133 passengers and 383 tons of cargo; made a splendid run across to Hokitika of four days and twenty-one hours, but was detained there through, the bad state of the bar for three days, and was then obliged to leave for Nelson without Jbaving: any communication with the shore, Hlhe passengers were transhipped to the company's steamer Kgmont, off Hokitika, and cargo carriedon to Nelson and- forwarded back per Phoebe.: Arrived* , at Nelson at two p.m. on the 14th, landed 149 tons of cargo, end Bailed at ten p.m. on 4he 16th.
