IN ACCORDANCE with Clause 10 of the " Country Roads Amendment Act, 1858," the owners and occupiers of lands and tenements within this district, or their agents, are hereby required to forward to tho Road Board within one calendar month from this date a statement in writing of tho quantity and nature of the lands and tenements owned or occupied by such persons within this district, with the names of owners or occupiers thereof, and the estimated value to sell of such properties. j No porson neglecting to furnish such return will be entitled to appeal against the assessment about to bo made.
