Also, TWO HANDSOME SCRAPBOOKS, Containing eaoh about a hundred mementos of celebrated pictures. FIFTY TICKETS—£I TICKET. The pictures are all of them carefully selected, and the assortment, a very liberal one, is divided into FIVE PRIZES, The value of which respectively is £18, £10, £8, £8, and £6. On view at MESSRS. WHEELER'S Art Repository, Colombo street. HEREBY GIVEN that the COPARTNERSHIP hitherto carried on by Jeremiah Jones, Frederick William Eicke, and William Mardon, as auctioneers, commission agents, and publicans, at Christenui eh, and by Jeremiah Jones, Edward McGlashan, Frederick William Eicke, and William Mardon, as auctioneers and commission agents at Hokitika, in the Province of Canterbury, under the style or firm of " Jones, McGlashan, and Company," has been DISSOLVED by mutual consent as from the twentieth day of June last so far as regards the said Frederick William Eicke.

The business of the said co-partnership will in future be carried on at Christchurch by the said Jeremiah Jones and William Mardon, and at Hokitika by the said Edward McGlashan, Jeremiah Jones, and William Mardon, under the said style or firm of " Jones, McGlashan, and Company." All moneys owing to, and payable by, the late firm will be received and paid at Christchurch by the said William Mardon, and at Hokitika by the said Jeremiah Jones. Dated this twentieth day of July, one thousand eight hundred and sixty seven.
