I HEREBY GIVE NOTICE, pursuant to Clause VI of " The Canterbury Waste Lands Act, 1866," that on the 6th instant an application was lodged in the Land Office, Cfcristehurch, by the Truet and Agency Company of Australasia (Limited), to have issued by the Waete Lands Board, in substitution of the original license of pasturage run No. 460, Clase S, now held by the said Company, a separate license to the said Trust and Agenoy Company of Australasia (Limited), of that poiiion of run No. 450, Class 3, lying to the northward of a fence running from the River Hook in an easterly direction along the southern boundary of Section 6554, and a line continued in the same direction to the sea ; and a separate license to Messrs John Studholme and Michael Studholme of that portion of the aforesaid pasturage run lying to the southward of the fence and line above described. If any person can show cause why suchseparate licenses as aforesaid should not be issued, the came must be made known to the Waste Lands Board on or before the sth day of August, 1867.
