HIS HONOR THE SUPERINTENDENT directs it to bo notified that ho has fixed Monday, the eighth day of July, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-seven, at the hour of noon, at a sitting of the Waste Lands Board, in the Land Office at Christchurch, as the time and place when a salo by auction of Town and Rural Land shall take place, in accordance with Clause 24 and Clause 35 of the Waste Lands Regulations, subject; to the usual conditions of sale, and in confortuity with the regulations for the disposal, sole, letting, and occupation of the waste lands of the Crown now in force within the Province of Canterbury.
