About sixty acres of this land is broken up ; there is also a stable and other buildings on the property. The rent is merely nominal, being only one shilling per annum for the whole. Interest in Section No. 6461, containing fifty acres, fenced and divided into four paddocks, with a purchasing clause at £4 per acre, situate near Watson's, Coal Track. A stack of wheat, from twenty acres of this lund, will be sold at the same time. Equity of redemption in six acres land, with two cottages thereon, situate on the Halswell, Lower Lincoln road.
