Purdie to sell by public auction, at their Salerooms, High street, on FRIDAY, MAY 17, FROM 5000 TO 10,000 CHOICE PLANTS, SHRUBS, AND EVERGREENS, Viz. :— Large specimen plants of the following varieties, from two feet to seven feet high — Laurels, laurustinus, cypresses, lilacs, roses, rhododendrons, arbutus, sweet bay, Portugal laurels, pyrus japonicae, arcuba japonica, arbor-vitse, English box, hollies (English varieties), cupresses, cedars, pinuses, spruce and Scotch firs, &c, &c. OLLIVIER & CO. have received instructions from Mr Joseph Fuchs, who is giving up business in town, and about to reside on his Farm, to sell by public auction on the Premises, on Wednesday, May 22,1867, The lease of all those first-class premises know as the Wellington Hotel, with a frontage of fifty feet on Tuam street, having an unexpired term of 18 years to run, at a rental of £50 per annum. THE HOTEL Contains on the ground-floor bar, two bar - parlors, office, dining - room, kitchen, large bed-room, and two small bed-rooms ; upstairs, ten firstclass bed-rooms. THE OUTBUILDINGS Consist of wash-house, skittle alley, fivestalled stable, coalhouse, &c.; there are also four good two-roomed cottages on the premises, let to respectable tenants.
