[Before W. B. Pauli, Esq., R.M., and C. Dudley, Esq., J.P-] Burton & Co. v. Mr W. Miles— The defendant in this case was charged with a breach of the Stage Carriage Ordinance, and admitted the offence. A fine of £3 was inflicted, with costs. . Mr Keetley was fined 15s for being the owner of three head of cattle found at large in the town. Judgment was given for the plaintiffs in tho following cases : — Newnham & Buddie t. Hessle—Claim £2 4s. Black t. Alexander—£ll 19s. Henwood v Drabble-Claitn £5 83 3d. Moore r. Graham—Claim £1 ss.
