POST-OFFICE NOTICES.

On and after January 1, 1867, late letters for Hokitika and Greyniouth, by payment of an extra sixpenny stump upon each letter, can be posted at the Chief Post-office, Christchurch, till 10 p.m. every Monday and Thursday ; and for Timaru, till 10 p.m. every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Eyreton—Mails will close at 8 a.m. every Tuesday and Saturday. F. E. Weight, Chief Postmaster. Chief Post-office, Christchurch, March 23, 1867.
