NOTICE TO TIMBER MERCHANTS. -TTEE PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT JL are prepared to receive Tenders for the Supply of Timber of the following sizes and lengths : — 3000 feet, run 16 feet lengths, 6x2, 2000 feet, run 18 feet lengths, Bx3, 1000 feet, run 20 feet lengths, 3x3. The timber to bo heart of blue gum, free from shakes and other defects, and to be landed at the Officers Point breakwater. Prisoners will assist in unloading. Tenders to state time of delivery. Any further information may be obtained at the works, Lyttelton, or at the Provincial Engineer's Office, Christchurch.
