A postage rate of one penny having been imposed on newspapers after the l*t January next, our subscribers are respectfully informed that wherever papers are sent by po-t after that date the amount of the postage will bo charged when the subscription account is sent in. "PRESS" MONTHLY SUMMARY. A postage rate of threepenco having been imposed on all newspapers sent to England by way of Panama, the " Press " Summary by that route will be abandoned, and the Monthly Summary will be published as formerly three, days before the sniliHg of the Suez mail at the price of one shilling.
