From the placard outside the TelegrapL Station we publish the following arrivals, and departures, viz:— Nelson — February 19, 12 noon, Lord Ashley, s.s., from Melbourne via Hokitika ; Kate Waters, barque, from Queensland ; Ahuriri, for Wellington. Wellington —February 19, 11 p.m., Rangatira, from North. 20, 4 a.m., Ahuriri, from Nelson ; Bpm, Lady Bird, for Wanganui ; 9 p.m., Wellington, for Nelson. Port Chalmers — February 18, 9 a.m., Tairoa, from Molyneux. >19, 7 a.m., Geelong, from Lyttelton ; Dunedin, schooner, for Oamaru ; 4 p.m., Otago, for Bluff j 5 p.m., Oberlin, for Guam. From advices received yesterday per Rifleman, we learn that the brigantine Dispatch, Captain Donovan, from Lyttelton with a cargo of sheep, had arrived at Waitangi on the sth instant, making her usual passage of four and a-half days, having left this port on the night of 31st January. The sheep were landed as usual in splendid condition, with the loss on arrival of only one head. The ship Lyttelton, Captain Beck, sailed for Valparaiso yesterday at seven a.m. The schooner Rifleman, Captain Christian, from the Chatham Islands, arrived in harbor at nine a.m. yesterday morning. Left the Chatham's on Thursday last at four am., and made Port Cooper Heads on Sunday last, but owing to calms and head winds could not come up till yesterday.
