Trance has advised the Porte to satisfy its Sclavonian subjects. The French newspaper "La Patrie" estimates the number of foreign volunteers in Candia at GOOO. The Italian Government claims 52,000 francs for damage done by a Turkish man-of-war. It insists further on the dismissal of the Turkish commander, and a salute of twenty-one guns to the Italian colors. The Turkish Government have protested against England in consequence of the conveyance of emigrants to Greece in a British ship of war. Advices received from China state that the French Admiral, Rozze, had taken possession of the town of Kanchoa in tho Corea, and was preparing for further aggressive movements to obtain satisfaction for tho recent massacre of the French missionaries. Maximilian intends to convoke a Mexican Congress. The Legislatures of both Xorth and South Carolina have rejected the Constitutional amendment, and affairs in Missouri have assumed a threatening aspect. The revenue of the quarter shows a decrease of £400,000.
