From the placard outside the Telegraph Station we publish the following arrivals, Nelson —-February 18, 5 p.m., Ahuriri from Buller ; 19,7.30 a.m., Storm Bird, from Wellington. The ship Lyttelton, Captain Beck, for Valparaiso, shifted her anchorage yesterday morning early, and is now anchored below all the merchant shipping waiting for a favorable wind, when she will proceed on her voyage.
