From the placard outside the Telegraph Station we publish the following arrivals and departures, viz:— Bluff—February 17, 4. p.m., Taranaki, for Dunedin. 18, 5 a.m., Kangitoto, from Melbourne, with English mail; 6.30 a.m., Bangitoto, for Dunedin. Port Chalmers — February 17,12.20 p.m., Otago, from Lyttelton ; 3 p.m., Cora, schooner, for Invercargill ; 9 a.m., Anna and Maria, for Newcastle ; 9 a.m., Torquil, barque, for Takiti ; 9 a.m., I oyd's Herald, for Lyttelton ; 9 a.m., Eliza Whitney, ship, for Newcastle; 5 p.m., Queen Bee, ship, for London. 18, 5.15 a.m., Taranaki, from Bluff. Nelson — February 16, 7 p.m., Phoebe, Picton and Wellington ; 6 p.m., Wellington, for Wellington. 17, 8 a.m., Wellington, from Nelson. The ship Matoaka, Captain Stevens, has discharged the whole of her inward cargo (1700 tons), with the exception of a small quantity of railway iron, and is now ready to receive wool. The s.s. Waipara, Captain Bascaud, left Wanganui on the 15th instant at eight p.m., rounded Cape Campbell on the 16th at one p.m., and arrived in harbor at half-past nine a ca. on Sunday, the 17th, having experienced fine weather throughout the passage.
