NOTICE IS HEBEBY GIVEN that in pursuance of the several orders of the Court made in the petitions of the undermentioned debtors meetings of the creditors of such debtors are hereby convened to be held at my office in Lichfield street Christchurch on the days and at the hours named hereunder for the purpose of recommending to the Court a person or persons to act as trustee or trustees tor the estates of such debtors also pursuant to Section VI. of the Debtors and Creditors Acts Amendment Act 1866 for the purpose of determining whether the creditors of such debtors will recommend to the Court that a final order of discharge pursuant to the Debtors and Creditors Acts shall be given to the said debtors on Wednesday the 20th day of February next that being the day appointed for the final hearing of the petitions of the said debtors; John Ellson Brown, of Colombo street, Ohrißtchurch, storekeeper, on Saturday, 12th January, 1867, at eleven in qhe forenoon.
