POST-OFFICE NOTICES.
Mails, per Wellington, for the Northern ports of New Zealand, will close at Christchurch at 4.30 p.m., and at Lyttelton at 445 p.m., on Saturday, the 20th met. Until further notice, the West Coast made for Hokitika, Gieymouth, and offices on the road will close at 4.30 p.m. every Monday and Thursday. __. , .. .. Mails for the Selwyn Forks, Windwhistle House, ar-d Snowdon', will close at Chnstchureh on Wednesdays at 7 a.m.; the return mail will close at Snowdon at 7 a.m., and at Windwhifitle House at 7.45 a.m. on Thursdays F.
