Each letter must not exceed half an ouac© in weight 2. It must be superscribed with the name of the writer, his description or elsss in the veesel or regiment, and uignsd by the officer at the time in command. 3. The postage must be prepaid. Every letter of this description posted <S? received in this colony, not in accordance with the foregoing regulations, will be treated as an ordinary letter. The postage upon these letters must in oil cases be paid in advance. Feee Lettebs. Letters on the public eervice of her Mejeety f e' naval and military forces are exempted from the payment of postage, if bearing the words " On Her Majeety'e Service," and the signature of the officer in command of the force on the service of which the letter is despatched.
