POST-OFFICE NOTICES.
Until further notice, the West Coast mails for Hokitika, Greymouth, and offices on the road will close at 4.30 p.m. every Monday and Thursday ; the additional service commencing on the 19th instant. Mails for the Selwyn Forks, Windwhistle House, ard Snowdon, will close at Christchurch on Wednesdays at 7 a.m.; the return mail will close at Snowdon at 7 am., and at Windwhistle House at 7.45 a.m. on Thursdays. Mails for Oxford will leave Bangiora at 1 p.m. every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Mails for the Hurunui will close at Christchurch every Monday and Wednesday at 7 a.m. Mails for Hawkswood will close at Christchurch at 7 a.m. every Monday. A post-office has been established at Addington, for which place mails will close at Christchurch on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturd-vs at 11 a.m. A post-office is established at Mr. Ford's, Selwyn Forks. A post-office is established at Leeston, for which place mails will be forwarded rid Weeden, closing at Christchnrch every Monday and Wednesday, at 7 a.m. F. E. Wbight, Chief Postmaster.
