Horses to be named within a-quarter of an hoar after the race for the Licensed Victuallers' Free Handicap, and to be handicapped by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint. One mile. The Fobced Handicap, of Ten Per Centum of the gross amount of money won, h ft; for the winner of any race, excepting the Great Nelson Trial Stakes, Licensed Victuallers' Free Handicap, and Consolation ; open.to any other horse by making a stake of 5 soys; h ft.
