IMPOSTS. From Great Britain £27.306 „ Victoria 9)81 „ New South Wales 5737 Total £42,224 EXPOKTS. To Victoria £1155 „ New South Wales 419 Total £1574 Mr. W. D. Barnard reports a pretty fair demand for hones of all descriptions. At his sale yards, on Saturday last, a great many low pi iced hacks, and medium draught and light harness horses were entered, and an average number were disposed of. The market is still entirely bare of useful stock of every description, which could be readily quitted at paving rates. The following are the ruling prices:— Medium draught mares and geldings, from £24 to £37 10s; inferor do, from £15 to £20 ; medium hacks and light harness horses, from £22 to £28; inferior hacks and light harness horses, from £10 to £16. A few head of cattle were also sold at market rates.
