TUESDAY, MAY 23, 1866. At Noon. PEERSWICK. "ITESSRS. BURNELL, BENNETT & SPROT ITX have been favored with instructions by the Trustee* of the Estate of E. J. Wakefield, Esq., to sell by PUBLIC AUCTION, on the above day, on the ground, the valuable freehold property known as PEERSWIOK, Containing 100 acres (more or lees) of rich land, situated close to Kiccarton Church, and near the first station of the Great Southern Bail way.
