DANIEL EVEREST'S DEED OF ASSIGNMENT. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by deed bearing date the twelfth day of May instant Daniel Everest of the Lake Ellesmere farmer conveyed and assigned all his real and personal estate and effects unto John Ward Sbackleton and William Wilson both of the city of Christchurch upon trust for the equal benefit of all his creditors.
