This valuable property is divided into seven pad* docks, richly grassed and well fenced, in sections from five to 40 acres, with all necessary improvements, having frontages on the Riccarton road, on the Baceconrse road, and also on'the Accommodation road leading to Fendalltown and Papanui road.
