"\TOTICE is hereby given that James Long i3l Fleming, of Chrietchurch, in the province of Canterbury, builder, has by deed bearing date the; 9& day of August 1864, and made between the said Janes Long Fleming of the first part, Colin Campbell Aikman, of Christchurch, aforesaid, commission sgent, and Patrick Laurie, of Chrietehurch, aforesaid, timber merchant, of the second part, and die several psncns whose names are thereunto subscribed, being severally creditors in their own right, or in 00-partner-sfeip, or being agents or attorneys of creditors of the said James Long Fleming of the third part, conveyed ■ad assigned all his real and personal estate and cficts to the said Colin Campbell .Aikman and Patrick Untie, upon trust for all the creditors of the said James Long Fleming; and that the said deed is now bngat my Chambers, Cathedral square, Chrietchurch, »r execution by the said creditors. * Dated this 12th day of August, 1864.
