NOTICE ia hereby given that a Court will be held for Revising the List of Voters for the Districts of Ellesmere, Town of Lyttelton and Akaron, situated in the Province of Canterbury, at the Court House, Lyttelton, on Monday the 13th day of June, at 1 o'clock p.m., at which the claims of persons whose Christian names or place of abode, or the nature of whose qualification, shall be wholly omitted, when required by law to be specified in the lists, or the nature or description of whose qualifications are insufficiently described for the purpose of being identified, will be expunged, unless the matter so omitted, or insufficiently described, is supplied to the satisfaction of the Revising Officer, before he shall have completed the revising of such list of voters. The Company now having all their Boats in good working order determine upon keeping punctual time, and the public may rely upon a strict adherence *o the time table.
