ELECTORAL DISTRICTS OP ELLESMERE, TOWN OF LYTTELTON ANI AKAROA. NOTICE ia hereby given that a Court will be held for Revising the List of Voters for the Districts of Ellesmere, Town of Lyttelton and Akaron, situated in the Province of Canterbury, at the Court House, Lyttelton, on Monday the 13th day of June, at 1 o'clock p.m., at which the claims of persons whose Christian names or place of abode, or the nature of whose qualification, shall be wholly omitted, when required by law to be specified in the lists, or the nature or description of whose qualifications are insufficiently described for the purpose of being identified, will be expunged, unless the matter so omitted, or insufficiently described, is supplied to the satisfaction of the Revising Officer, before he shall have completed the revising of such list of voters. Also the names of persons whose claims have not been duly declared, or were not given to the Registration Officer ia due time, will be expunged. Hen by Bacon Qcijt, Revising Officer. For Wellington and Manukau, calling at Picton, Nelson, and Taranaki, on the 7tli of the month. The Company now having all their Boats in good working order determine upon keeping punctual time, and the public may rely upon a strict adherence *o the time table.
