NOTICE is hereby given that, by a Deed of Assignment bearing date the Seventeenth day May instant, and made between William Stephenson, of Christchurch, builder, of the one part, and Henry Matson, of Christchurch, commission agent, and Thomas Pavht, timber merchant, of the other part; the said William Stephenson conveyed and assigned nil his real and personal property to the said llenry Mntson and Thomas Pavitt, in trust, for the benefit of all the c. - editors of the eaid William Stephenson. That the said deed was duly executed in the presence of and attested by 31. Wynn Williams, solicitor, ChrLstchurch, and that the sailie now lies at the oflice of the undersigned for execution by those credjjors who may desire to concur in the same. A majority in number, representing three-fourths in value of the creditors of the said William Stephenson, whose debts amount to ten pounds and upwards, have ohrcadv joined in the same, pursuant to the " Debtors and Creditors Act, 18G2."
