Moffitt, as solicitor for Mr. William Budge of Blenheim aforesaid, surveyor, hereby give notice, that the said William Budge is joint owner with Mr. John Fraser of the Mackenzie Country, province of Canterbury, of run No. 236 in the Mackenzie Country aforesaid, containing 20,000 acres, but that the license of the 8!« id run still remains in the name of the said John Fraser alone.
