[Before Joseph Bkittan, Esq, R.M.] Lewis Coates was fined 20s. for having an unregis tered dog in his possession. A. T. Bradwell wae fined 10s. for neglecting to keej clean the chimney of the house in his occupation. G-eorge claimed the protection of thi Court against Mr. E. S. Dalgety, of Christchurch who had threatened to shoot him. Mr Louis appeared for the defendant.
