Christchurch, September 24. SHEEP STATIONS AND SHEEP. Fob Sale by Public Auction. MESSRS. BURNELL, BENNETT, & SPROT havo received instructions to dispose of those Runs on the South Bank of the Waimakariri Nos. 26 and 114, and No. 36, Known as Saxdie Kxowxes and Tbessilian Stations, Being one Block, containing together 25,000 ACRES, Or thereby, of first-class Sheep Country. The Runs will be sold with or without 3000 SHEEP, now depasturing thereon, which may be taken a market price. The instructions to the Auctioneers are to put these Stations up in one lot, with all standing improvements thereon, at the low UPSET PRICE OF _3300. Delivery will be given after shearing, on the Ist of January, 1864. The Stations are within 20 miles of C"hr_tc_ureh, the country is first-class fattening country, and the Houses are in good repair. The improvements arc —Paddocks of English grass and oats, Yards, Sheds, add Wells, all perfectly suited to the country.
