To establish an annual exhibition of rrorke of Art, including both originals and copies, oil colour paintings, water colour drawings, photographs, engratings, 4fc. 2nd. To establish a School of Design. 3rd. To lay the foundation of a permanent Gallery of fforks of A*t. It is proposed that the annual subscription of a member should be ten shillings.
