PUBLIC NOTICE. OPENINCI OF THE LYTTELTON AND CIimSTCIIURCH RAILWAY WORKS. HIS HONOR THE SUPERINTENDENT, directs it to be notified that the ceremony of Opening the Lyttelton and Christchurch Railway Works, will take place on WEDNESDAY, the 17th instant, at noon, on the ground appropriated for the construction of the Christchurch Railway Station.
