At I Cameron's, brothers, and at the Canterbury"' Arms, great damage has heevi done to goods; the ■ i water coming in at the-backs of the houses, and ' J carrying every thing before it, besides seriously injuring the fbundiiiionsand road-wnys. In Oxford Street,' the chief sufferers by the flood, were the " Lyttclton'''' Times" OHice, Messrs. Childs, Ileeter and Deny; at the latter place it demolished , 2, chimneys, carrying . away a great many tools, also; iron-work prepared for i the Planet steamer. 2 pair of bellows damaged.'
