Assaulting Police, st.~ John Mullins, charged with the above offence, at the Casino de Venice, on Monday last, was sentenced to one month's imprisonment with hard labor. Patrick Leach, for a similar offence at the same time and place, was sentenced to 14 days' imprisonment with ' a disturbance at the Casino on Monday night, was / fined 4>)s.
