Edgecumbe Parents And Teachers Meet
There was a good attendance at the monthly meeting of the Edgecumbe Parent-Teacher Association on Thursday. A presentation was made to. Miss M. Webb who is leaving is take up a position elsewhere. Most- of the evening was spent in a group discussion on “Home Work” and “Corporal Punishment.” As these discussions proved so popular and helpful both to parents and to teachers, items of this type will be included in future programmes.
