Poison on 25,000 Acres
Poison has been laid on 20,500 acres and 14,900 acres had been fumigated, using 1566 pounds of rhosphorised pollard and 98 pounds of Cyanogas, reported the. inspector, Mr C. H. Davis, to a meeting of the Pongakawa Rabbit Board on Wednesday. Results hav e been good and there were few rabbits in the whole of the area, he said.
