ST JOHN BENEFIT DAY AT EDGECUMBE As well as giving a donation the Central Bay of Plenty Hockey Association will be holding a St John benefit day on Saturday and all collections of money raised are to be given to the St John Ambulance. The following players have been selected to represent their sections on Saturday, women’s games at 1 p.m. and men 1.30 p.m.:— East Section: Women: S. Ngaropo, E. Chamberlain, G. Hona, I. Kingi, E. O’Brien, F. Kereti, R. Ratene, Tafroa, W. Nuku, M. Mokai, R. Hotene. Manageress,. Mrs Ngaita. Men: W. Jar am, M. Jensen, I. Jensen, B. Nuku, N. Rigden, P. Double, R. Cox, A. Corbett, B. Waller, C. Tuhora, R. Arrol, G. Stewart, J. Howard. Manager, M. B. Henderson.
