State Congress of the Returned Servicemen’s League of Australia has decided to investigate the' possibility of setting up its own brewery.

Mr Dawson (Southern Districts) said: “Many of our clubs are unable to get beer. “If every club donated £IOO we would have at least £70,000 as a nucleus with which to establish a brewery.” Delegates unanimously carried a Nowra sub-branch motion urging the establishment of a brewery.*Congresis also resolved to form an R.S.L. funeral service.
