This morning this came in the mail:— To Syd, our Bill and all your Party Congratulations real and hearty. We know that while the reins you hol& Onr country will be free and bold. So till you lay aside the pen, God guide you well—John Citizen. We handed it over to “Left Hand Corner” who was just sitting sort of brooding, and he passed it back with this added: Now Peter, Robert, Walter Nash. And all the lads who came a crash, V’e hope you’ve learned by errors
made To give the new boys every aid To implement the people’s will Although you’re not our leiders still.
