Gifts Made To District Hospital

Several gifts were made to the Whakatane District Hospital during November the matron, Miss K. Miller, reported to the Bay of Plenty Hospital Board yesterday. The following people made the gifts:— Magazines and books: Mesdames Robins, H. Bell, Angus,. Attwood, Roach, S. Steer, Hopkirk, Combes, West and Roberts, Messrs Bush, Franklin and Rundell, a friend, Edgecumbe Red Cross, Taneatua Women’s Institute. Toys: Mrs Roberts. Lemons: Mrs Hawken, Edgecumbe Red Cross. Flowers: Presbyterian Church. Silver beet: Edgecumbe Red Cross.
