CALF JUDGING
Sir, —On behalf of the Thornton School Calf Club I reply to “Old Breeder” re judging of calves on November 22. Far from No. 5 calf being bverlooked, our Club has received some criticism on the amount of time taken up in arriving at decisions and we are deeply indebted to Mr Ker for a very careful and conscientious effort. We thank “Old Breeder” for his interest and would welcome his assistance to improve our Club. Yours etc., A.'H. ADAMS.
