County Building Permits Issued
Applications for eight new houses were made to the Whakatane County Council during the past' month, the building inspector, Mr C. H. Brebner, reported to the monthly meeting tof the Council yesterday. The same number of applications were made for alterations and additions.
Ten applications for other buildings were received. The total permit fees received in October came to £B4 10s, but the amount since March 1 is £4BB lis 6d.
