Gifts Made To Whakatane Hospital
The following people made gifts to the Whakatane District Hospital during August and were acknowledged at the monthly meeting of the Bay of Plenty Hospital Board: Books and magazines: Mesdames Watson, Goodliew, Lyndon, W. T. Law, Pearce and Combes, Miss Waldergrove, Messrs Franklin, S. Steer, F. Bush and Peter Hignett.
Fruit: Mesdames McCracken and Robins, Matata Women’s Institute, Rae Brothers. Produce: Matata Women’s Institute, Mrs Baguley. Flowers and toilet bags: Matata Women’s Institute.
