Soil Conservation
The Borough Council has decided to support the Auckland Drainage League in its petition to Parliament for the setting up of a Commission to investigate the all-important question of soil conservation and the utilisation of vegetable and organic manures in the interests of soil fei> tility and plant and animal life.
