Buddie) said that the present superintendent was hopelessly overworked and the hospital overcrowded. The position was not getting any better and the top number of average occupied beds last month was 107. Such a position was not fair either to the doctor or to the patients. The new appointment would enable Dr. Dawson to give greater attention to the administrative side.
