CO-OPERATION OF EXCHANGE
The manner in which the Whakatane exchange and the district sub-exchanges co-operated l wit.h the Home Guard on the occasion of the stand-to test, wtas) remarked on by all who had reason to utilise the service. The Commander himself paid a special tribute to the courtesy an.d co-operation shown while from a public point of view we feel that the operators are to be warmly complimented also.
